Partnerships & Arrive's Calendar 🤝

Partnerships between Destinations & Creatives are the foundations of Arrive, and I'm super excited to enable them through a beautifully designed booking calendar.

Arrive gets increasingly valuable as you complete more Partnerships, becoming a key part of your workflow that you won't go back from…

Here's An Overview 👇

  • Intuitive Calendar. Set as many or as few Partnership Availability Slots as you want. You're in control.

  • Simple Management. See received, sent, in progress, completed, declined, and cancelled Partnerships all in one dashboard.

  • Stay In The Details. See Partnership details with one click - letting you seamlessly manage everything & keep up to date.

Setting Availability Slots 📆

Arrive's Calendar is different in that it's 'default closed'.

Destinations can set availability slots whenever they want on their Calendar, and Creatives can only send requests for these specific dates.

Gone are the days of "do you have availability?". Everyone is in sync right from the moment they see your profile.

You can set as many or as few availability slots as you'd like, for any duration of time. For example, set 4 nights of availability from Sunday 14 January to Thursday 18 January - and Creatives can then send you requests for any combination of nights within that range; 1, 2, 3 or 4 nights.

Managing your dashboard 🛎️

To keep it really simple, you manage everything from search to content delivery all in one dashboard.

You can approve & reject Partnership requests, check the status of requests you've sent, see the details of in-progress Partnerships, and review any Partnerships that were declined or had to be cancelled.

It eliminates all the mess of email chains & planning between multiple people or teams - everything is in one place, on one page.

It's all based on the intuitive scrolling that you'll get used to, so the app feels familiar whether you're using on desktop or mobile.

Seeing the details 👀

Every Partnership has a one-click details panel - letting you quickly see more details on a Partnership without having to go to separate pages.

Check all the dates & status, see content as it's being produced, and message directly in-platform. No more messy email chains.

I've made Partnerships & the Calendar as powerful as possible, letting you manage & keep up to date with everything you need - but all in the simplest possible 'view', without having to open new tabs, jump between pages, etc.

The more Partnerships you complete on Arrive, the more value you'll get out of the platform. To start with I'd recommend at least 2 Partnerships per month, giving you a rolling flow of content being produced that you can pick from and use whenever you're ready.

More upgrades & integrations coming soon 📆

See you somewhere soon…
